Welcome Dinner

The dinner was a great event, and the first organised function of the week. This is where we all met for the first time and many tales and reminiscences were told before dinner by many of us, with John Ryan at the helm. Meanwhile the dinner was stewing, but when we finally made it out to the buffet we were greeted with a splendid and colourful display of food. It was truly magnificent and no-one went hungry.

Ross put together a superb collection of music and yours truly managed to hold it together until her favourite song came on near the end of the evening, 'My Sentimental Friend'! What a night. It was magic and a big thank you to all involved, including of course the staff of the Bayview.
