I was only a little tacka but
my most vivid memory is the RAAF Sycamore helicopters arriving with father Xmas
on the new playgrounds, not much grass but lots of red/orange dirt.
The assembly hut photos on the website have brought back memories as well.
My sister, Annette White was there as well but one year behind me.
