Well being at rsp the first time I don't recall much but I was known as a wanderer taking strolls throughout the kampongs getting to know the locals and drinking coke floats at the naffie.
The second time we were there well this was not really a good time for me but not to say that I did not have a good time for some of the time I was there most of the names of my friends then I had long forgotten, but that was then the thought that brings me back from time to time is when we had the SP's on the busses with us when we went to and from school and the curfews that had us all indoors by sunset I myself got caught out late on time and I will never forget that or the swimming club on the island the first time we were there and at the base as I was a keen swimmer I spent a lot of time at the pool being very competetive and doing the Queens personal survival courses and the scouts
