Frank Shilton

Frank moved to Western Australia when he left Penang in 1970. He had always dreamed of joining the Navy and had the foresight to apply whilst still in Penang. He was accepted into the Navy within 4 months of arriving in Perth and spent the following eleven years travelling the world as a sailor.
Upon leaving the Navy in 1981 he settled in Perth with his wife and family and took up work in a major teaching hospital as a specialist medical photographer.
