I heard about this site through my brother last week. I must admit that over the years (approx 27) I've forgotten a lot of those great years. I've just spent ages on this site looking at photos and remembering old friends and adventures. I started primary school at RAAF school and high school also. Going to school was really good fun and I can't remember ever missing a day. Were our uniforms really that short?
When
I came back to Australia in late 1974 I found a whole different school life -
hundreds of students - large classes and crusty old teachers who should have been
long retired. I'm glad I had the priviledge to be part of the RAAF School experience
and look forward to going to the reunion in Penang.
