Living in Malaya and attending RAAF School Penang was a highlight of my life.
I have so many fond memories particularly Penang Swimming Club, Movies at
the Hostel on Friday night, A party every Saturday night, School wasn't too
bad as well.
It certainly was a time when we were completely spoilt by our servants only to come back to earth when we returned home. I remember the Scouts and our trip to Thailand and also to K.L..
I now Live in Cornubia just south of Brisbane and married with two Children . I'm a Sales Trainer and have been doing this for aprox. fourteen years.
Over the years I have caught up with quite a few people from Malaya namely Bill Hanson, Geoff McGuinness, Bevan Liebke, Carol Silcock, David Hunt (Teacher). There are others but they go back quite a few years and I have lost contact with them.
I would love to hear from any one who was in Malaya from 1960 to 1963 with the view to organising a reunion.
