Now retired after many years in schools all around Victoria.
The Penang years were the absolute highlight of those years. We lived at Lorong Abbas, just along the beach from the Penang Swimming Club.
Our son Stuart is now in the Queensland Police stationed at Rockhampton and Kristen, our daughter is the Manager of the Bendigo Pottery Antiques and Collectables Centre in Bendigo VIC.
We have lived here in Bendigo now for 17 years and it looks like this will be our final abode as we love it here. Still keep in touch with a number of Penang families and we have been back three times including one reunion which was great fun.
