Great times. School sport-up against Steve Andrew all the time and never winning. Fun parties with friends.
Exploring the beaches near the American school.Playing basketball at the Hostel on Friday nights and then sometimes a movie. Also fond memories of school dances, first encounters with the mysterious opposite sex, first taste of beer (Carlsburg-stolen from Dad).
THE RETURN. What a tragic end to a fantastic 2 years. Penrith High-Forms 5 &6 not very good. Not many friends, bad adjustment, bad attitude, bad results so those 2 years were a complete reversal of the previous 2 in Penang.
To the present time I'm an old married bloke who has 3 great kids, a fantastic wife and a nice lifestyle. I work full-time and have 7 years service with the same company as a quality control inspector, I have a few hobbies including reading, computers, riding my motorbike on the occasional trip and have just started to get into woodturning but have yet to set up any lathes.
I would love to hear from any of the old gang who put up with my company.
